The system permits the sharing of table and guest check orders between multiple terminals using a master/backup master configuration eliminating any single point of failure in the system.Printers (kitchen/receipt) can be shared between terminals using either the Ethernet connection or one of the six serial ports. Orders are backed up automatically to an alternate printer if the primary printer fails. Kitchen items can print in order of priority, by item grouping or print as they were entered.
